How it compares
- If your install context allows flexible material instead of rigid, vinyl banners (8oz mesh or 13oz vinyl) are cheaper and ship lighter.
- Different substrates for different surfaces; the same logic applies to rigid sign vs vinyl banner selection.

What substrate is a-frame sign printing printed on?
A-frame sidewalk signs — a self-standing two-sided print frame ideal for retail entrances, café boards, and event wayfinding. 4mm coroplast inserts swap quickly for seasonal promos.
How long does an A-frame survive on a sidewalk?
The aluminum or composite frame lasts indefinitely with reasonable care. The coroplast or styrene insert lasts 6–24 months in continuous outdoor use (UV fades the colour over months; rain and wind don't damage the substrate). Replace inserts as the colour fades; the frame stays.
How long does production take?
Rigid signs typically run 4–7 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Large-format aluminum and Sintra runs (above 4×8 feet) add 2–3 days. Shipping is by freight on signs above 4 feet, which has its own timing.
