Stickers & adhesive vinyl

8 variants · instant pricing · 1–5 day production

Stickers and adhesive vinyl cover a wide span of print products united by one thing: a peel-and-stick backing. The decision tree starts with substrate (weatherproof vinyl, removable wall vinyl, floor-rated, window-rated, magnetic-backed) and cut style (die-cut around a shape, kiss-cut to a backing sheet, or square-cut).

Weatherproof vinyl handles outdoor exposure — laptop stickers, water bottles, car bumpers, outdoor signage. The print is UV-resistant and the adhesive holds through rain and temperature cycling. Indoor stickers don't need the weatherproofing premium and are cheaper.

Wall decals and window graphics use removable adhesive that peels clean without residue. They're the right choice for retail signage, office wayfinding, and home wall art that the customer might want to reposition or remove later.

Floor graphics add a slip-resistant laminate over the print so they meet ADA traction requirements when stuck to commercial flooring. The substrate is rated for heavy foot traffic for 6–12 months indoors.

Frequently asked

What is stickers printed on?
A premium adhesive vinyl substrate engineered for the use case — indoor or outdoor — with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer matched to either short-term or long-term installation.
What's the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?
Die-cut means both the vinyl and the backing are cut all the way through to the sticker's silhouette — no backing rectangle, just the shape. Kiss-cut means only the vinyl is cut; the backing stays as a larger rectangle the sticker sits inside, which makes peeling easier and gives you printable space on the backing itself. Die-cut for brand-mark stickers where the silhouette is the design; kiss-cut for sticker packs and mass giveaways.
How do I prepare a print file?
Build at the final trim size with 0.125" bleed. Keep important text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim. Export at 150–300 dpi in CMYK; outline fonts; flatten transparency. For cut-to-shape and die-cut products, include a cutter outline as a vector path on a separate spot-color layer named CutContour — we use that path to drive the cutter.
How do I install without bubbles or wrinkles?
Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol or a degreaser — adhesive bonds to clean surfaces. For window and floor graphics, mist the surface with water + a drop of dish soap before applying so you can reposition. Squeegee from the centre outward in overlapping passes. Avoid installs below 50°F and above 90°F — adhesives cure differently at temperature extremes.

Permanent or removable adhesive — which do I want?
Permanent for owned long-term installs: vehicle wraps, owned-storefront signage, industrial labelling. Removable for rented surfaces and short-term installs: pop-up shops, leased storefronts, event branding, anything you might want gone in a season. Same vinyl face on both — the only difference is the adhesive layer behind it.
