How should I prep my file?
Build at the final trim size plus 0.125" bleed on every outer edge. Keep important text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Bi-fold, tri-fold, or accordion?
Bi-fold (single fold, 4 panels) is the simplest and reads as premium when used with photo-led layouts. Tri-fold (two folds, 6 panels) is the marketing default. Accordion (zig-zag fold) is best for sequential storytelling and step-by-step instructions. Configurator shows panel sizes per fold style.
How long does production take?
Most paper-stationery formats run 3–5 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Specialty finishes (foil, spot UV, die-cut, lamination) add 1–2 days. Larger quantities don't meaningfully extend production because press setup dominates short to mid runs.
