What is roll stock printing?

How should I prep my print file?
Build at the final trim size plus 0.125" bleed per edge. Keep important content at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Export as press-ready PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK. Outline fonts to avoid substitution at the press.
How long does production take?
Most specialty-print products run 5–10 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Custom-die products (custom shapes, custom boxes) add 3–5 days for die fabrication on the first run. Repeat runs of the same custom die are faster.
