Display Board / POP — POP display boards in 24pt and 40pt thickness — premium card stock substrate built for short-term retail counter and shelf display. Sturdier than standard signage paper, lighter than rigid sign substrates. Substrate thickness: 40pt. Standard sizes start at 18×24 inches and go up to 4×8 feet on larger substrates. Are POP display boards meant to be reusable?
Semi-reusable. 24pt is for single-promotion use (1–4 weeks). 40pt holds up across multiple promotions if the design is generic enough to reuse. For permanent in-store displays, use Sintra or aluminum.
How long does production take?
Rigid signs typically run 4–7 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Large-format aluminum and Sintra runs (above 4×8 feet) add 2–3 days. Shipping is by freight on signs above 4 feet, which has its own timing.
