What substrate is foam board printing printed on?

Can foam board go outside?
Briefly — foam board is rated for indoor use. Outdoor exposure (sun, rain, humidity) delaminates the foam from the paper face within weeks. For outdoor signage, coroplast at the same thickness is the right substrate.
How long does production take?
Rigid signs typically run 4–7 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Large-format aluminum and Sintra runs (above 4×8 feet) add 2–3 days. Shipping is by freight on signs above 4 feet, which has its own timing.
