How it compares
- The finish principles (matte for editorial, UV for photo, silk lam for keepsake) apply across most paper-stationery formats.
- Text-weight stock (60lb, 70lb, 80lb, 100lb) maps directly to brochures, notepads, and envelopes.

What is 80lb enviro sheets printed on?
80lb Enviro Sheets prints on 80lb stock with a recycled finish.
How should I prep my file?
Build at the final trim size plus 0.125" bleed on every outer edge. Keep important text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line. For folded products, account for the fold position when laying out panels — the configurator shows the per-panel safe zones. Export as press-ready PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK. Outline fonts before export.
What's the difference between digital sheets and offset printing?
Digital uses a toner-based press; offset uses ink and metal plates. For short runs (< 500 pieces) digital is cheaper and faster. Past 500 pieces offset is cheaper and the colour is more uniform across the run. Either prints on the same paper stocks.
How long does production take?
Most paper-stationery formats run 3–5 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Specialty finishes (foil, spot UV, die-cut, lamination) add 1–2 days. Larger quantities don't meaningfully extend production because press setup dominates short to mid runs.
