Paper stationery

38 variants · instant pricing · 1–5 day production

Paper stationery covers the full operational print suite a business needs to run: brochures for sales, letterhead for correspondence, envelopes for mailing, notepads for everyday writing, presentation folders for proposals. These products share text-weight paper, business-grade printing, and matched-brand consistency.

Brochures are the largest sub-category — bifold, trifold, gatefold, and Z-fold variants accommodate different content volumes. Tri-fold is the standard for sales brochures (six panels, accordion-fold). Bifold is the default for menus and event programs.

Envelopes match common letter sizes — #10 for business correspondence, A6/A7 for greeting cards, 6×9 and 9×12 for larger mailings. Custom-printed envelopes carry the brand identity through to the recipient's mailbox.

Notepads, letterhead, and presentation folders are the deskside business essentials. They don't ship as fast as postcards but they last in clients' hands for months.

Frequently asked

What is custom brochures printed on?
Custom Brochures prints on 100lb stock with a gloss finish.
How should I prep my file?
Build at the final trim size plus 0.125" bleed on every outer edge. Keep important text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line. For folded products, account for the fold position when laying out panels — the configurator shows the per-panel safe zones. Export as press-ready PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK. Outline fonts before export.
Bi-fold, tri-fold, or accordion?
Bi-fold (single fold, 4 panels) is the simplest and reads as premium when used with photo-led layouts. Tri-fold (two folds, 6 panels) is the marketing default. Accordion (zig-zag fold) is best for sequential storytelling and step-by-step instructions. Configurator shows panel sizes per fold style.
How long does production take?
Most paper-stationery formats run 3–5 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Specialty finishes (foil, spot UV, die-cut, lamination) add 1–2 days. Larger quantities don't meaningfully extend production because press setup dominates short to mid runs.
