Coroplast Signs Printing — Corrugated plastic substrate, lightweight and weather-resistant. 4mm is the lawn-sign standard; 6mm and 8mm carry heavier wind loads. 10mm is the outdoor heavy-duty tier for trade shows and yard signs. Standard sizes start at 18×24 inches and go up to 4×8 feet on larger substrates. Printed full-color at 100–150 dpi (rigid signs read at distance, so 300 dpi is overkill). Order online with instant pricing; we run print-ready file checks before going to press.
Printing coroplast signs should be easy and profitable. That's why zprintz offers printed outdoor lawn signs on 6mm coroplast at wholesale prices.

How it compares
- If your install context allows flexible material instead of rigid, vinyl banners (8oz mesh or 13oz vinyl) are cheaper and ship lighter.
- Different substrates for different surfaces; the same logic applies to rigid sign vs vinyl banner selection.

What substrate is coroplast signs printing printed on?
Corrugated plastic substrate, lightweight and weather-resistant. 4mm is the lawn-sign standard; 6mm and 8mm carry heavier wind loads. 10mm is the outdoor heavy-duty tier for trade shows and yard signs.
Is 4mm enough for windy outdoor use?
For lawn signs and yard signs in normal weather: yes. For high-wind outdoor installations (>30mph sustained): upgrade to 6mm or 8mm coroplast, or use rigid aluminum. 4mm coroplast will bend and eventually fail in sustained high wind.
How long does production take?
Rigid signs typically run 4–7 business days from file approval, plus shipping. Large-format aluminum and Sintra runs (above 4×8 feet) add 2–3 days. Shipping is by freight on signs above 4 feet, which has its own timing.
